TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched a tracking number will be forwarded via email.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Lonely Goat Cashmere is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged, stolen or delayed during transit.

MADE AN ERROR?

To avoid ‘return to sender’ fees, please contact us at hello@lonelygoatcashmere if you have made an error with your order or your delivery address, within one hour of purchase.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Lonely Goat Cashmere will not provide a refund for change of mind.

if the item does not fit or is unsuitable, Lonely Goat Cashmere will issue a credit note or exchange if returned within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

While Lonely Goat Cashmere promise a top quality product and service, should you receive an ‘incorrect’ or faulty item, please email us at hello@lonelygoatcashmere.com.au within 7 days of receipt of goods. If in stock, we will replace faulty items. If not in stock we will offer an exchange or full refund. In this instance, Lonely Goat Cashmere will compensate for return postage.
